Returns & Exchange
At Tvasta, every jewel is handcrafted by our artisans with utmost care. As each creation is made
exclusively for you, we do not offer returns.
However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in transit or if you receive an
incorrect product, we will gladly assist you with an exchange. Please notify us within 48 hours of
delivery, along with supporting images, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
When an Exchange is Accepted
- Wrong item received
- Damaged in transit
When an Exchange is Not Possible
- International orders (final sale unless damaged or incorrect)
- Customised or made-to-order jewellery
- Sale or discounted items
- Jewellery returned in a used, worn, or damaged condition
- Minor variations in stone tone, colour, or finish which are natural in handcrafted pieces
How to Request an Exchange
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing tvastajaipur@gmail.com with your order ID and clear unboxing photos or video.
- Our team will review your request and confirm whether the exchange is approved.
- Once approved, kindly ship the product back to us in its original packaging, unused, and with all inclusions.
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
- After review, we will issue a store credit valid for 12 months or arrange an exchange of equal or higher value.
REFUNDS
We do not offer cash refunds. In the rare event of a default in shipment, a credit note for exchange will be issued.
