International customers are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

4. Products & Images

• All Tvasta jewels are handcrafted. Minor variations in tone, texture, or finish are natural and reflect artisanal craftsmanship.
  
• Product images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual pieces may differ slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or handmade details.
  

5. Orders & Payments

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  
• Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. Tvasta Jaipur does not store complete credit/debit card details.
  
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) by default. For international orders, conversion charges, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
  
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order in whole or in part.
  

6. Pricing Policy

Jewellery is crafted using precious metals and stones, which are subject to global market fluctuations. Prices may change without prior notice depending on the cost of raw materials. A jewel once sold and later recreated may differ in price — this reflects raw material value and does not imply increased markup.

7. Made-to-Order

• Made-to-order jewels are created especially for you and typically require 10–15 business days (or more for complex designs) before dispatch.
  
• Full payment must be made at the time of placing an order.
  
• Cancellations on made-to-order products are not permitted once production has begun.
  

8. Shipping & Delivery

• Dispatch timelines depend on whether the jewel is ready-to-ship or made-to-order. Estimated timelines are shared in our Shipping Policy.
  
• Domestic deliveries within India typically take 3–6 business days post-dispatch.
  
• International deliveries usually take 7–15 business days, subject to customs and courier timelines.
  
• Tvasta Jaipur is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier partners, or events beyond our control.
  

9. Returns & Exchanges

• We do not offer returns. Exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item.
  
• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or unboxing videos.

10. Customer Obligations

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when placing an order.
  
• If incorrect information (e.g., address errors) results in failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

15. Cancellation

• Tvasta Jaipur reserves the right to cancel orders due to incorrect pricing, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  
• Customers may request cancellation before dispatch; once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
  

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  
• Courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
  
• Tvasta Jaipur may, at its discretion, refer disputes to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings held in Jaipur in the English language.
